Air Charter Service based in UK sends out a weekly update of Covid-19 Travel Restrictions. You can sign up for updates at https://www.aircharter.co.uk/travel-restriction-updates
I use the website CovidTravel (https://www.covidtravel.world) which updates daily. It is map-based. Enter the country of your current location, and the map shows all the countries where you’re permitted (green), permitted but with quarantine on arrival (orange), or banned entirely (red). Clicking on a country provides you a link to information on the web which may be of further assistance.
Of course, SIAMA (https://siama.nl)—the travel agency for missionaries—provides individualized advice (and the best-priced, most flexible tickets) delivered by caring human beings! (No, I don’t work for them, but I’m a satisfied customer.)
