Try a piece like “The Freedom Skit.” No lines to memorize in a foreign language, yet the actions convey a powerful message. If you didn’t believe it, just listen to the crowd reaction in Nicaragua.

Looks like one of those deals that’s easy to do an average job — and challenging to practice it enough to do an AWESOME job. Try it. Be sure to send us a link to your finished product! Thanks to the people at Missions.Me for teaching us how to do this! : )
With regards to content for your short-term missions trip, I want to strongly suggest that each team member have the bible.is app on their smartphone. Currently you can access the Scriptures in 1,372 languages –in most cases both text and audio– and the Jesus film in 1015 languages. You can access them online or download any of them to your phone for offline use. The app’s share function makes it easy to bless others with this amazing app. I live in Mexico and use it for listening to the Scriptures in English, but also have used it time and time again to play Scripture portions or a clip of the Jesus film for speakers of some of Mexico’s indigenous languages.
