My review is found at http://kc5fm.blogspot.com
Good movie but definitely not family oriented
Excellent moral content. However, I shut my eyes during some of the battle scenes as I did not want those images to stay in my mind – very graphic and bloody. The rest of the movie’s content was encouraging and uplifting and praiseworthy.
Loved Hacksaw Ridge ! It was so incredible to have a true story movie show one man’s steadfast stand for what he believed God would have him do. His witness to others reminds us that actions speak louder than words. The war battle scenes were tough to watch, but no one can say they were not realistically portrayed.
