We’re on the edge of our seat because a team in North Africa is wrapping up their research project on unengaged unreached people groups there. They’ve already won a grant to fund the development of great videos that would mobilize prayer and workers for harvest among these groups. So they’re wondering: What makes a great prayer video? What makes your org decide to use it to mobilize workers for a people group? Please share links, opinions, contact information, and samples of great videos. Just click “Comment” following the web version of this item please. Thanks!
The best results we ever saw was when we showed the people up close and personal. I can it “eyes” effect. When you look into someone’s eyes, you see their soul, their heart, their needs. And that is when you are attached to them in a way that results in adoption.
Thanks, Mike. I want to see where this conversation goes forward. Videos should convey hope and answers to prayer, not only challenge.
We have tried to turn written prayer guides into prayer video’s for countries, cities and peoples in the Middle East and North Africa area. These are brief and put together in colaboration with workers on the field. All are available at http://www.youtube.com/prayershorts/saudi –
Many other countries like Oman, Jordan, Morocco and Israel etc are under the prayershorts Chanel
