Personally, I’ve been using iXpenseit for a couple of years, and it works great, but doesn’t have Quickbooks integration.

I like Toshl for iPhone. It exports well to .csv.
I’m an Android user. I capture all my expenses in an app called Easy Money. The paid for version exports into CSV and QIF which imports just fine into all the accounts packages I have used.
