Now granted, at this point, this seems like an unsubstantiated accusation… and I’ve always held that a person is innocent until proven guilty. But nevertheless, the fact remains, China *does* selectively block certain services. So my question is — in this aspect, for example, what must China do in order to move on to the next step as a nation and as a people? The whole Arab Spring thing suggests that, across the globe, the internet has created such an egalitarian future, that today’s crop of 20-something’s will give their lives for freedom, if it’s about to be taken from them.
