SEA English Academy, Chiang Rai is offering an intensive, four-week Certificate IV TESOL course March 7 through April 1, 2011. This course is certified through the Australian Qualifications Framework and the school is now also registered under the Ministry of Education in Thailand. Teaching English is a tool that continues to be effective in hard-to-reach areas and carrying a certification will often open doors otherwise closed.
