You should check out Fruitful Practices for Church planters – this resource is based on research of thousands of cpers all over the globe working with a specific faith community, yet much of it is transferable. I can send you the documents as well as training naratives if you write me.

Any form of “strategic” missions must include women, as their role of ministry on the mission field is vital to any church planter. I suggest the attached article to help provide foundational teaching to this extremely important subject.
