Hi, Keith here from CRM. There are many marketplace coaching training available, but few with a Christian worldview. And only ours specializes for cross-cultural workers.
Although we don’t mention much Christian language on our website, we created the Core Coaching Skills Certificate Program for mission leaders. The 60-hour program integrates Biblical worldview, professional coaching skills, and cross-cultural ministry setting.
The Core Coaching Skills Certificate Program program has basically 3 parts:
1) In-person training 5 days; and
2) Telephone classes every two weeks at set dates and times; and
3) You begin coaching people, eventually coaching at least 3 people for a total of 25 hours. All these details are on our website (see the link below).
This program is aligned with the International Coach Federation (www.coachfederation.org) and can lead to your professional coaching credentials through their portfolio track.
For more information on coaching read my July 2008 EMQ article called “Coaching For On-Field Development.”
Hi Keith,
Can you post your website? And the link to your EMQ article? Thanks!
