As a 75 year old former missions IT person with 35 years computer experience, I totally agree with this person’s comments, though I left the foreign missions field 10 years ago because of health. The instructor has a good feel for handling of IT people but I think he brought on much of the negative feelings on himself by his attitudes toward management. I did not run into that “controlling management” he espouses in his presentation. Very good reading and course presentation.
