10) A Brief Video Remembers the Cane Ridge Revival

Although the observance date has passed, Restoration Movement churches (and students of movements in general) might still appreciate this brief video marking the 225th anniversary of the Great Cane Ridge Revival. The historic camp meeting took place at Cane Ridge, Kentucky, August 6–12, 1801. Thousands gathered for preaching, prayer, communion, and worship, and its influence helped shape the wider American revival movement as well as the Stone-Campbell tradition. Churches were originally invited to show the video during worship on Sunday, August 9, as a sign of remembrance and unity.
