7) Survey: Cross-Cultural Work Changes Faith? (Get the Results!)

A new survey is inviting cross-cultural workers to reflect on how their faith has changed while serving overseas. The survey follows 2024 research that identified faith shifts as an important experience for many workers on the field. Organizers say they want to hear directly from cross-cultural workers about what has changed, what influenced those changes, and how they are navigating the experience. The findings are expected to inform an upcoming presentation at the Pastor to Missionaries Conference. Rather than relying on assumptions about how ministry affects a worker’s faith, the survey seeks to gather firsthand stories from those who have served cross-culturally. Cross-cultural workers are encouraged to participate and share the survey with others in their networks.
