A couple of weeks ago, we looked at Bulk email platforms. (See the item here: https://brigada.org/2026/06/28_45512). In addition to the platforms mentioned under that item, a Brigada reader is currently examining https://www.brevo.com/. He was curious: Have you tried it and, if so, did you like it for large lists? If you’d like to add another option, would you mind saying which and why? He’ll be very grateful.
7) Follow-up on Bulk Email Platforms (Incl. Brevo)
Yes.
But with our organisation, the bigger problem is DNS (DMARC, etc).
Every worker is supported by having financial partners, we don’t get paid by our organisation. Consequently, every worker needs to communicate via newsletter to keep their partners prayerful. They get to choose their own mailing platform; Mailchimp, Brevo, whatever.
We wish them to use our organisation’s domain name to add credibility to their mailouts. But we cannot whitelist too many mailing platform providers in our DMARC records. Otherwise, our domain name’s credibility gets shot, and we also open the door for hackers to impersonate our workers more easily.
